Sincere condolences to Felicity and the entire family. Barry was a well loved colleague of ours at the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands. We enjoyed his visits to Cayman and our visits to the UK for CAACI meetings. He loved his family so much and spoke so fondly of his plans for retirement and spending time with his grandchildren.
